For DDP shipments, customs duties and import taxes are included.

❗ Not included: special inspections, storage due to customs delay, refusal or return costs.

How long is the quotation valid?

Most quotations are valid for 24–48 hours, subject to space availability and fuel surcharge changes.

What documents are required for shipment?

Usually required documents include:

  • Packing List
  • Consignee information (name, address, phone number, ZIP code)

Additional documents may be required for special goods.

How can I track my shipment?
